This includes 5083 as well as the old Al Mg4,5 MN. The chemical composition complies with EN 573-3, ensuring it is within the limits for the alloy.

It is important to note the top end of this as the general assumption is that when you exceed 100mm the only option is cast all sides sawn plate. That is not the case with this metal, and you can choose thicker sizes with precision milled sides.
The plates can also vary in size depending on the thickness you need. The largest ones are 6 metres long and 2 metres wide. This is for thicknesses from 10mm to 85mm. Lengths can be up to 3.6 metres for the thickest plates. The width here can be up to 1.5 metres.
